Week 2 Tip: Post-Date Your Products - The first time you crack open a product in your fridge or pantry, write the month and year on a small sticker and place it on the bottom of the jar or bottle. Next time you reach for it, you'll know just how fresh it really is.
Week 1 Tip: Shop Your Closet - Grab a bunch of clothes from your crowded closet and try them on in front of a full length mirror. Put the ones that you would actually buy again back in and donate the rest
