Emma Dickison, President

Emma is a Certified Senior Advisor®, Certified Franchise Executive and a successful franchise industry veteran. With nearly 20 years of experience in franchise management, Dickison’s credits include helping to build two of the country’s top franchise brands.

Prior to joining Home Helpers in 2007, Dickison was the Vice President of Operations for Sylvan Learning Center, where she was responsible for more than 1,000 franchise units worldwide. Prior to Sylvan, Dickison spent 14 years with Blockbuster, serving the last six years as its National Director of Franchise Operations.

Dickison believes she couldn’t be happier with her decision to join the Home Helpers team. “This career gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives every day,” she said. “We strive to deliver the same exceptional care for the families we serve as we would expect for our own families – and for ourselves. As long as exceptional care remains at Home Helpers’ core, our system will thrive.”

Dickison has a BA from the University of Florida and has lived in Cincinnati with her daughter since 1995. She has served as a board member of the Women’s Franchise and Distribution Forum and is active in the International Franchise Association.

Cheryl Hammons, Vice President of Franchise Services

Cheryl is a Certified Senior Advisor®* and has been with the company since 2008. She has more than 20 years of administrative, management and training experience. Prior to joining Home Helpers, Hammons served as the Administrator for Quest for Independence in Dayton and Cincinnati, where her responsibilities included initial start-up, building a customer base and developing and overseeing daily operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Clear Creek Baptist College. Hammons resides in Loveland, Ohio, with her husband, Darrell. They have two children – Nicholas and Kelsey.

Greg Woryk, Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development

Greg joined Home Helpers in 2012. He has 22 years of extensive marketing, branding and advertising agency experience, including franchise business consulting, marketing communications and new business development for franchising companies such as Instant Tax Service, Moto Photo and Ponderosa Steakhouses, as well as national advertising agency experience.  Greg resides in Kettering, Ohio, and  is actively involved with 4 Paws for Ability, which raises, trains and provides service dogs to children in need. 

Tracy Evans, Vice President of Clinical Care and Licensing

Tracy joined Home Helpers in 2013. She has 14 years of nursing experience, having worked as the Chief Nursing Officer at Select Specialty Hospital and Reliant Rehabilitation, as well as overseeing as many as 17 facilities as the Regional Administrator for Southern Health Partners. She also served on the Dearborn County Coroners Department as Senior Deputy for 12 years. In 2004, she received her certificate as a Legal Nurse Consultant. In her spare time, Tracy loves spending time with her four children, Zachary, Riley, Sydney, and Macy. She especially enjoys helping them with their hobbies and extracurricular activities.

Keith Tilley, Chief Financial Officer

Keith has been with the company since 2006. Previously, he was the Controller of a private country club in West Chester, Ohio. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for Buckeye/White River Valley Pizza Hut, LLC, which operated 21 Pizza Hut® franchised restaurants in Ohio and Indiana. He also held several executive management positions with Miami Valley PH, Inc., and River Valley Management, Inc. Tilley is an affiliated member with the Ohio Society of CPA’s.

Jeffrey Siehl, General Counsel

Jeffrey has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining us, he practiced law in litigation department of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey,LLP, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a JD from The Ohio State University.
