In 2010, Home Helpers was named #1 Senior Care Franchise and “Best of the Best” for the fifth straight year (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010) by Entrepreneur magazine, as well as “Top 25 Home-based Franchises” and “Top 25 Low-Cost Franchises.”

Emma is a Certified Senior Advisor®, Certified Franchise Executive and a successful franchise industry veteran. With nearly 20 years of experience in franchise management, Dickison’s credits include helping to build two of the country’s top franchise brands.
Prior to joining Home Helpers in 2007, Dickison was the Vice President of Operations for Sylvan Learning Center, where she was responsible for more than 1,000 franchise units worldwide. Prior to Sylvan, Dickison spent 14 years with Blockbuster, serving the last six years as its National Director of Franchise Operations.
Dickison believes she couldn’t be happier with her decision to join the Home Helpers team. “This career gives me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives every day,” she said. “We strive to deliver the same exceptional care for the families we serve as we would expect for our own families – and for ourselves. As long as exceptional care remains at Home Helpers’ core, our system will thrive.”
With Dickison at the helm, Home Helpers continues to lead the way in the senior care industry and was recently ranked the #1 Senior Care Franchise and “Best of the Best” by Entrepreneur magazine for the fifth straight year. With a solid presence in more than 600 communities in North America, Home Helpers added 100 franchised units in 2008 alone, expanding its caregiving network to be “the extended family when the family can’t be there.”
Dickison has a BA from the University of Florida and has lived in Cincinnati with her daughter since 1995. She has served as a board member of the Women’s Franchise and Distribution Forum and is active in the International Franchise Association.

Cheryl is a Certified Senior Advisor®* and has been with the company since 2008. She has more than 20 years of administrative, management and training experience. Prior to joining Home Helpers, Hammons served as the Administrator for Quest for Independence in Dayton and Cincinnati, where her responsibilities included initial start-up, building a customer base and developing and overseeing daily operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Clear Creek Baptist College. Hammons resides in Loveland, Ohio, with her husband, Darrell. They have two children – Nicholas and Kelsey.

Kiki has been with the company since 2009. Kiki has more than 20 years of experience in management and marketing. She spent 14 years with MCM Electronics in Dayton, Ohio, where she most recently held the position of eMarketing Manager. Kiki holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and resides in Dayton.

Carolyn has been with the company since 2009. She has more than 10 years of experience in online marketing, research and management. Prior to joining Home Helpers, Carolyn was the Director of Client Services and Marketing for HR ProFile in Cincinnati. She also spent over 30 with Anderson Publishing Co. LexisNexis Group in Cincinnati, where she held a range of positions in administrative, operations, management, sales, and finally, as the company webmaster. She holds a Master in Business Administration and an associate degree in Micro-Applications from Thomas More College. Carolyn is also a Certified Digital Marketing Consultant and a Certified Legal Assistant. She resides in Burlington, Kentucky, and is active in several networking groups as well as the American Marketing Association.

Keith has been with the company since 2006. Previously, he was the Controller of a private country club in West Chester, Ohio. He has also served as Vice President of Finance for Buckeye/White River Valley Pizza Hut, LLC, which operated 21 Pizza Hut® franchised restaurants in Ohio and Indiana. He also held several executive management positions with Miami Valley PH, Inc., and River Valley Management, Inc. Tilley is an affiliated member with the Ohio Society of CPA’s.

Jeffrey has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining us, he practiced law in litigation department of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey,LLP, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a JD from The Ohio State University.
